Specific tutoring in high school subjects is available (English, French, mathematics, science, history, geography, etc.). Our objective is to help students understand and organize their school assignments. Students are then expected to complete their homework independently, once they understand the content. This allows more time during the lesson for the review of difficult concepts. It also puts the responsibility on the student for the completion of her work. In other words, we do not "spoon-feed" the student by completing his homework or cramming content into him before exams. Through clarification of individual difficulties and encouragement, our goal is also to help students see themselves as capable of achieving, thus improving both their confidence and skills in the subject. If a student is experiencing problems in a number of subjects, poor organizational and study techniques may be the primary cause. This may also be addressed through one-to-one tutoring.
